Choosing the right Core plan + add-ons

Solo Core or Company Core, then bolt on the modules you actually need. Change anytime, pro-rated.

Pricing is two layers: a low-cost Core plan that covers the daily books, and add-on modules for the specialist stuff you might or might not need. Both are billed monthly; both can be changed any time, pro-rated.

Core plans

  • Solo Core — £7.99/mo — for sole traders. Receipt scanner, expenses, invoicing, mileage, basic reports, document storage. Everything a self-employed person needs day-to-day.
  • Company Core — £14.99/mo — for limited companies. Everything in Solo plus dividend tracking, director's loan account, increased storage and a higher scan quota.

You can switch between Solo and Company any time from Packages.

Add-ons (£5–£20/mo each)

Pick only what you need:

  • MTD ITSA Pack — quarterly Income Tax submissions if you're over the £50k/£30k threshold.
  • MTD VAT Pack — quarterly VAT returns straight to HMRC. Required if you're VAT-registered.
  • Payroll & HR — RTI FPS/EPS, payslips, P60/P45. Base + £2/employee.
  • CIS Module — Construction Industry Scheme contractor returns (CIS300, PDS).
  • Property Investor Pack — landlord-specific schedules.
  • LTD Compliance Pack — annual accounts (iXBRL), CT600 corporation tax, confirmation statement. £20/mo or £150 one-off for a year.

Add-ons activate the moment you confirm checkout. Remove one and you stop being billed for it the next month; existing data stays untouched in case you re-add it later.

Changing your plan

Packages in the top nav. Tick or untick add-ons, change Core if needed, click Update. We send the change to Stripe with proration on — you're charged or credited the difference for the remainder of the month at the next renewal.

Free trial

New accounts get 14 days free on whichever Core plan + add-ons you pick at signup. No card required. You'll get a reminder 3 days before the trial ends; if you don't pick a paid plan by then, your account goes read-only (your data stays, you can export it).
